Integration

"We have an API" and "the data flows" are not the same claim

Quality systems usually expose a REST endpoint and leave the integration to the customer. The outcome is familiar: employee records are typed in by hand, the supplier list stops reflecting reality after six months, and the same equipment is registered twice under two codes.

In BellaKYS data is entered once. Employee, supplier, material and equipment master records come from their source; the quality system references them rather than duplicating them.

What comes from where

SourceDataWhat it enables in quality
ERP Employee, supplier, material, equipment master data Supplier scorecards and the approved list attach to real records; scrap cost feeds cost of quality
Time and attendance Employee, attendance, leave, shift Training attendance is verified, audits are not scheduled on leave days, delegation opens automatically

Reconciliation screen

The real risk in integration is not a transfer that stops but one that quietly arrives incomplete. Every connection therefore has an error queue and a reconciliation screen listing what exists in the source but not here, what exists here but not in the source, and records whose fields disagree. When a record cannot be pushed to an external system, that fact is visible on the record itself.

Identity and sessions

Works with corporate identity providers over OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0. Domain restriction, role mapping and auto-provisioning are supported; multi-factor authentication can be enforced for supplier portal users.

Deployment

Cloud (hosted in Türkiye) or your own servers — one codebase. The Docker Compose setup removes the need to maintain a separate on-premise edition.
